I have spent the past thirty-five years of my life practicing criminal and civil law in Brazos County, Texas as well as regularly in Robertson, Madison, Grimes, Leon, and Washington Counties, and across the state.

My grandfather, two great uncles, many cousins and other relatives too numerous to mention all practiced law in the Brazos Valley. My daughter, Amy A. Banks, has joined the firm, so I know the family tradition will continue.

While I take great pride in my heritage, I also feel a deep sense of responsibility when I am hired to represent an individual and defend their rights.

My promise, my firm's promise, is to provide you with the same kind of legal representation that I would want for my own family. I give you my word that if you retain me or Amy to help you or someone you care about, we will do everything we can to see that justice is done in the case.

Sincerely,
Philip C. Banks
